To proceed with a booking please click on the red "CLICK HERE TO REQUEST BOOKING" button at the bottom of your quote and submit a booking form. Once we receive this your request will be actioned.

  • For credit card payments. In order for the charge to be processed; passenger must complete and sign The Alpha Travel Credit Card Authorization Form and fax it to 508 7578600, along with a copy of the credit card, front and back and the copy of a government issued picture ID

Your card will only be charged if the booking has been confirmed exactly as quoted. If we are unable to confirm your booking as quoted, you will not be charged.

There are no Merchant Fees charged using Credit Card or PayPal for deposit payments. We charge Merchant Fees on final payments of 1.37% for Credit Card payments and 1.10% for PayPal payments. To avoid Merchant Fees you can pay through BPay using your credit card, debit card, savings, cheque or transaction account. You can also pay using direct deposit to avoid the Merchant Fees.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm. Outside of these hours we have staff processing bookings who are contactable available via email at sawarioverseas@gmail.com.

The ticket has to be unused in order to change destination. Depending on the type of ticket you have you can change the destination.

For a domestic flight at check in a government ID is required. For international flights passport is needed, and a visa. So, please be advised to check if you need a visa for your destination. Our agents are not responsible for information regarding visa or passport requirements. If you are traveling outside of the United States, all passengers are required to have a passport.

Must of the airline allow you to take 2 pieces of no more than 70lbs and a carry-on of no more that 35lbs. Extra luggage may be permitted by the airline at an extra cost.

If you are not a citizens of that country you cannot travel with a one way ticket. You need to have round-trip ticket.

If your paper airline tickets are lost or stolen, please contact our Customer Service team at +88-01873344556. Our representatives will assist you in filing a lost ticket application.

If you have to cancel your transfer, and are within the time limit for cancellation that has been set by your provider, then do so by contacting the contact center of Mysawari.

When a reservation is cancelled the same day it was booked, funds for the airline portion are not collected. Any pending charges you may have seen would have been a "pending hold" for verification. These funds will return to your available credit and will not reflect as a refund. This process normally takes from 15 - 20 business days, depending on your banking institutions procedures. Please note: Some prepaid credit card companies will hold pending authorizations for up to 30 days. If the airline rules allow for cancellation the day after booking, funds for the airline portion will be refunded within 20 – 30 business days. It will depend upon the airline(s) and your banking institution's policies. At times the refund will post before the charge is processed or may not appear on your current statement. Please contact your bank to verify the refund was received.
